At SprintPrint, we don't just print and assemble your promotional materials -- we can mail them out for you, too. From direct mailers to catalogs and everything in between, we have the ability to mail out your materials and help ensure that your mailing lists are up-to-date. • Use our Online File Submission - We can work with your electronic data base files to set up variable data printing and mail merges for your direct mailers or catalogs.

• Verify Your Mailing Lists Automatically - With the National Change of Address (NCOA), we can leverage the United States Post Office (USPS) database to verify your mailing list and update it. Any change of addresses on your list that occurred within the past 48 months will be updated as part of this service. Our verification process will save you time and money by ensuring that your materials are received by valid USPS addresses to increase your conversion rates.

• Mail Locally - We have a mail permit that allows us to provide you with a variety of mail services. This permit is tied to the post office that is closest to our physical location. If you want your print materials mailed through a location that is closer to your office, we recommend using your own mail permit.

• Certify your Mailing List - In addition to verifying the addresses on your mailing list, we have the ability to remove duplicate listings and point out any addresses that may be questionable or deemed "undeliverable" by the post office. This process is called a CASS Certification, and will also help increase your deliverability and conversion rate by ensuring your materials reach a valid address.

• Receive an Updated Mailing List - Upon request, we can provide you with an updated mailing list after we certify and verify the addresses you had originally given us.
